JBG SMITH conference centers are meeting spaces designed to inspire collaboration, creativity, idea sharing, and innovation while supporting the various work styles and needs of our tenants.  Our distinctive meeting spaces are equipped with smart, connected technology and comfortable seating ideal for facilitating productive meetings and gatherings.   

Tenants can reserve the conference center and review the rules and regulations for the space online through the JBG SMITH Connect portal.  Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

 Location:  1420 Spring Hill Road - 1st floor off the main lobby.
 Hours:   8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
 Number of Rooms   2 rooms (small and large)

 
  Capacity:

 

 Small Conference Room: 10 people

 Large Conference Room: 48 people

 Technology:  The conference space includes ClickShare, Wifi and state-of-
 the-art A/V hookups with drop-down screens
  Features:


 The first-class conference center features modern, modular, 
 seating for up to 48 people and features an expanded cafe  with
 lounge seating. The conference center also offers reconfigurable
 seating, recessed lighting, and a catering friendly layout which   includes a pantry area for staging.  

 A complimentary coffee bar is located outside the conference 
 center in the welcome area.

 Reservations

  To reserve the Conference Center, please submit a request
  through the JBG SMITH Connect portal.
